	This weapon is a very nice one for a 20 to 40ish monk; the ratio is great, and the damage is quite impressive, especially now that the "slow weapon damage bonus" is in place. :) And, if you're ever fighting something with a damage shield, a slow weapon with a good ratio is far better,

	Some of these items out of umbral are great, while others like this, just plain stink, the rings that drop in ToFS are better than this one...makes you wonder what they were thinking when throwing loot like this on 50+ mobs with 20k hps

	Hmm, both are really good points. But in my opinion the added SVF wouldnt save me from useing this, I would use the run etched just because of the SVD / SVP, only because I find not as many items add these saves, take my resis for example. 69svp 152svm 74svd 160svf 97svc. This is with my normal gear

	This does indeed drop from Lord Soptyver, a named Evil Eye deep in Beholder. It has been awhile, but I believe the spawn rate on him is about a week, which makes this quest difficult to do. The item is a great face piece for Cazic Thule Erudite clerics though. Good luck.
