	I have a pair of these boots, stats are ok for 50 + but the nice part about them is the fact that you can free up a spell gem slot for something else

	paladins at lvl 60 can stun ANYTHING... even gods... maybe itll just be a spell interrupt... but itll stun em... same with paladin bash. :)

	No, you're incorrect. The HARD cap means the ENDING cap for a class. i.e. Since a druid cannot gain skill in foraging past the number 200 on the little list, 200 is the HARD CAP for foraging for druids. 252 and 255 are the hard cap for such things as spell casting types for druids, but not for forag

	i disagree; the stam, dex, agi, str, ac and hitpoints makes this an excellent melee ring. i understand the casters would find this more usefull, but i wouldnt want to exclude anyone from the roll especially as it is a common, perhaps the hybrids would get the most use out of the well rounded stats

	Its actually Phoboplasms. Not photoplasm. "Phobo" being latin for fear, since this does drop in the plane of the same name. "Photo" means light, so that would just be ludicrous....kinda like a snake kicking, or a shadow dying.

	I can't imagine any plate-class wearing them willingly, so there is agreement there. The idea that they may be for a quest must be considered though :P Maybe if you turn in 8 of them, you get some spiffy breath-of-the-dog visor with clickable effect "Tainted Breath" heheh

	Yes, very nice face item indeed...ac is good for everyone, int/wis almost rivals any other face item out there for casters...but where in the hell does it drop??? For almost any of my characters I would lose the 1 or 2 wis and the str from a player crafted veil to gain that ac!

	I agree, it would be nice if people would submit better information (and PLEASE turn down the alpha when taking a screenshot!). Doing a little search on the Internet revealed that this drops from Ratmen in Dragon Necropolis.

	I'm not so sure this is a Legends only item...verant recently implemented a lot of gear missing from sets of armor... ie: Bloodstained, Black Ice, more than likely others, this could be another one of those deals.

	Basically what this means is that every round the mob fails a save vs. cold your weapon scores as 11/16. Just like spells the mob can have a partial or complete resist. So the weapon ranges from 11/16 to 7/16 each round depending on the cold resists/immunity of the mob. Unless you're fighting

	I'm pretty sure most Velium weapons drop in Dragon Necropolis, off the various ratmen (different factions) I know that a sword with the exact same stats drops there anyways. Occasionally these (as any other item in the game) might be rewarded for a GM event, or a totally new item altogether. Depends
