	spawns as many times a day you want him to spawn actually..its not fully times based..what you have to do to get him to spawn is spawn both named on either side..once both named are up on either side he will pop in a short time thereafter so long as they are not disturbed..i have done this numerous

	I think what most people are upset with is the fact that thisbrand new server (with all these special add-ons) is coming out at a time when it seems as if the regular servers are all broken. Luclin came out followed by a storm of patches, bugs, crashes to desktop, and the few GM's on each server

	Brad McQuaid, scourge of the known universe, stated that the hard cap for all skills is 252(or 255, i dont remember). But in any case, the machete would give you 220 effective skill. Heres an example of the hard cap idea: Int/wis. The "soft cap" used to be at 200, but the hard cap was at 2

	So what? it's pretty much monk specific. there are more uber things in the world (e.g. pally 48/40 2hb, CoF, etc.) and monks get shitty equip as is... there is nothing wrong with this having regen, it would be 1 of the VERY FEW advantages monks have over other melee classes armor wise.

	Element damage isn't added to base damage,(bane dam is though i believe) so it wouldn't really strike as an 11/16, just a 7/16 with an extra 4 damage tacked on, which is still damn good though.

	A bst lrd can use this item, but when SOl came out every item that a druid can use bst lrd was put on it also and it has taken Allakhazam some time to fix this problem but as with the druid epic bst lrd's can't use it.

	i saw a previous posting someone had a picture of a caster bracer that had an ac decrease with actuall ac in brackets..i believe the decreas is 25%..one i saw was actual ac4 but in red was ac3..not postive but hoep this helps Edited, Sat Mar 2 14:24:48 2002

	$40 says that this drops in: Legends! Still a very nice mask, but its a bit too good to be normal eq loot, atleast yet. I still hold that Legends stuff should be by itself till its normal loot, but I doubt it'll be done soon. This site is probably a nightmare to manage as is ;)

	It does, really. Elemental damage is calculated like bane damage, just resistable.

	Hrm... these happen to be a h2h weapon.. not gloves ;-) but yeah, all in all 16 delay is nice, but the damage is only 7, however factor that cold damage in and you get 11/16 (if the mob doen't have high cold resists) another "situational" weapon

	Trakanon and Wuoshi I beleive are nasty poison and disease dragons.I have just read about Trak but have experienced Wuoshi first hand.It was a wonderfull 5 second experience :).some sort of poison gas I think hehe.

The prices of most items on Fennin Ro are lower than other servers because Fennin Ro is one of the oldest servers so people have been farming these high-value and reliable drop items longer than other servers.
