	well, it's good for reducing med time, after buffs and/or soloing... doubt it will ever be used in combat... let me know if anyone else has any good ideas for this item.

	correct me if I'm wrong but, if this is a triggered cast of FT III wouldn't you be 1. putting it on 2. casting FT and 3. taking it off again or would the effect be removed with the item?

	Flowing Thought III is usually a permanent affect like haste. The effect would be removed when you take this item off.

	It is probably a 'permanent' effect. The effect description as 'triggered' is probably wrong.

	Sarnak Emblazoned Tabard is not Sarnak hide. It's just a tunic that has a sarnak insignia on it (thus the "Emblazoned" part of the name)

	read more of what verant posts zippy. ya they get new zones, but the rest of us do get them after a couple months. heck if you can ignore that little delay then you should be happy, that 40$ per month they spend will help create new content for us

	Yes, by removing the item the effect would indeed be removed. There are currently no items in the game with a triggered FT effect. Illia of Allakhazam just does not always have the time to state that it is permanent.

	well, if you've seen the items now that have some sort of effect, it says in parenthses combat, worn, triggered, whatever. chances are, it says worn on the picutre (currently i dont see it, maybe its not there).

	for the level to aquire this, it is pretty lame. I mean, at least a few svs, or some int wis or str maybe would make it worth it..but none are there ......so unless this is for a quest i advise destroying or giving to a nOOb.
