It would be nice if Monks of Quellious could also do this line of quests. Granted, the items are not the best Monk-usable items, but I'd do them just because it was a quest for my Diety! And the Calm effect is nice! |

Well, for a twink item the 2% wouldn't show up at all...you know 2% of 100 is only 2 skill. I guess it would become more worthwhile as you leveled up, but for the starting levels you wouldn't notice the skill increase at all. |

Sure, this item dosent have any other stats and 5ac isnt all that great. But as a 51 Monk, I can safely say from a visual stand point alone, I appear to be blocking more with this item then I was when using my other bracer. As to how much that +10% block helps, I dont know. |

A Monk's Block skill is soft-capped at 230. The Hardcap for all skills and stats is 252. With this bracers, you'd be able to get your skill to the hard cap, which is impossible for all other monks without an item like this.

FYI: Flowing Thought stacks until you cap it at 15. So if you have a bunch of Flowing Thought item, you can effectively get a mana regen on your own that is better than Clarity II.
This item is incredible. These kinds of stats (and effect) in a range slot is just crazy. |

This spell drops a mobs aggro radius down to a 15ft radius. In other words, it'll allow players to walk closer to a monster without aggroing it.
Not exactly a great effect, but quite fitting for the players doing these quests. |

Now this, in my opinion, is perfect monk gear. No weight to worry about. Sure, AC is nothing special, but that block bonus... Gah, sometimes I wish us tanks had a little help there (without having to wait for discs to recharge ;)).
Would definately take this over a 15ac bracer at higher lvls. |

There was a discussion at the last fan faire that was about these cultural armors. Basically VI said they'd be reviewing the stats on them to see if they were good enough for the difficulty.
If they'd add 10 mana and 10 HP to this, I think it'd be pretty nice. |

Yes, the stats on all of the Twilight quests are pretty messed up. Way too low for the difficulty on single items, but if you have the whole suit the stats aren't that terrible.
