Honestly though, there are a lot of items out there for neck slot that are far better than this, and easier to get.
Anyway, for WIS casters and INT casters around level 45 - 55, Scarlet Desert is a the zone to be. ;) |

Upgrade from 5/4 tali(more common) as well.
There are a few more dragons in WW that drop 7/6's, but you are taking cov hits all the time waiting for one to drop. If you are planning on going +cov be prepared for lots of fixing faction.

This is a common problem it seems... higher levels with no heart or respect for other players. It happened to me yesterday by Lastlin (of Tunare server) who despite me having clearly agro'd the AC (2 resists and a successful root while its hitting me and I hitting it). He layed into DD on it.

I doubt that your problem is faction. The first time I did this quest I got the shackle first as I was already in Steamfont. I went back to Qeynos and worked for days to get my faction up (gnoll fangs to the warrior guild in Halas, Orc belts to Cain Darkmoore in Freeport, and finally the steel war |

I seriously doubt anyone would waste the effect on a melee, but my warrior would never turn it down either.

Like way too many objects in the game, this items has lots of stats, but not enough of any one stat to make it worthwhile. Anyone who can't replace this item with something more class appropriate by level 15 isn't trying very hard. Of course, you need to be 40+ to earn the item. |

Well of course he wouldnt use them he's listed as a warrior and can't even use them. My 53 ranger would love to replace his hero bracer, or bracer of scavenging, or both! I imagine many rogues would too. |

From an outsiders point of view, it looks like the INT caster Robes are the only TS quests even remotely worth doing.
Oh, the druid tunic is quite decent as well. The Ranger stuff, especially the BP, is a joke and not a funny one. Both RyGorr and Ivy are better. |
