This should be worth more then 2500pp cause not only is it a neck item but also a ranged item with ac stats and resists..I would think more like 4kpp for this item, but thats just me..well good hunting and safe journey to all.

Right now i have a glitch that Makes certain items go "poof" when i go LD. Its happened so many times im going mad! Not only are they not fixing the problem... they wont give me the items back like they used to!!

He didn't say if the skill was Maxed. He said if your skill was at the Hard Cap it won't go higher. Monk Block maxes at 230, Beastlord at 150. Both classes will benefit from the +10%, Monks will go to the Hard cap and Beastlords will go to 165. Might be worth losing some AC over. |

This looks like the baby brother of the Book of Obulus. It also seems to fit with Verant's new theme of making just about all of the upper end drops untradable.
