damn..this must be mine! lol the bonus should really make a difference..cause at 200 skill u would, with this on, have an effective skill of 230..which should make a big difference. Plus it summons the frickin daggers for you..lol. |

Just out of curiosity has anyone thought of a way for a human monk to get in there and start this? I mean its not everyday you see humans walking around cabilis without taking every guard with him. Anyone know of anything that raises iksar faction? |

has anyone tried handing this in instead of the robe of the whistling fist to obtain the epic? This just looks like an easier way for iksars to do epic? no faction work...

To raise your faction up you must kill sarnaks until you become non-kos to the Legion of Cabilis...then, you take bonechips to a Trooper right by the cabilis entrance in FoB...he will tell you the amount...you get faction with all the cabilis factions that way, it's a pain and takes awhile but it's |

All iksar are indifferent to Cazic Thule so I'm sure he is on one of the cabilis factions that gets raised doing the bonechip quest.
the problem is getting to him while the plane is clear and before people take out CT.

Does this stack with the monks epic?
If not I think it would be a waste as there are much better drops in luclin ratio wise even though this is better than level 60 fists and you could probably see the yoyo's with this equipped :) |

He/she is just saying that with 200 in his/her throwing skill that the added 15% will give an added 30 points. 200x15%=30 Not sure if you can go over the max on some skills but its still a nice item. |

This is a nice item to have....it has a nice delay and by the time that u could get it, would probably have a haste item which would make it even better. It is definitly an item worth picking up in EC or DN....cause everything that can be sold can be bought in EC...but i have just one question...wh |
