	The blade of passage does NOT have faction adjustments, it was a rumor. It does not work because #1 If it had faction adjustments it would say so on the item. #2 I tested it.

	uhm ToV has 10wis, this one has 10wis, at lvl50 1wis = 10mana ..., now ... how much mana does this item give you? and how much wis do 75mana make up for? plus lets think about live beyond 200wis ..., all I can say is that, although it was a nice gesture of you to give it up, the ToV is in no way

	what are you talking about. the hardest real part is doing the newbie shackle quests. then fight a couple guys and talk to some people and you have it. im more than halfway done with this quest at 35
