Actually you're wrong, you get to take every single item you acquire on legends back to your normal servers, Alan stated this a few weeks ago, maybe you misread it. Your best bet is to pay for legends server for a month, get some phat loots and then move back to your old server. |

Good work on getting these quests in friend. I am glad that somebody cares about doing these (Aside from me). I got the 3rd done at 23, and a 7ac, 3 wis, 2cha, 15 mana, Calm Necklace is good for that leve. |

The quests have excisted for like 12 months.
Btw, the Kobold Missionary is level 26 caster, and spawns at 6-10 AM. I have watched him spawn. He spawns slightly after the Giant spider thats level 22 (I think). |

if you're a high level monk, then you should be able to manage the half stone difference between this and a drolvarg mantle (if you don't already have better by the time you can get this). and for low level monks, 1 stone overweight won't take off more than 8ac or so, and should be easily reorganize |

Haste on any given item is a fixed amount. Haste cap increases by level.
Edit: Haste is not fixed, sorry. It does scale up with level, as well as haste cap.
