	Guessing by the name and the zone where it drops it comes off a deepwater goblin hence the name. That's only a guess though.

	First, you go to your character select screen. Click on create a character and start an SK. =) I prefer Iksar, but you can pick which ever race you like. Then you hunt to lvl 55. 	Hehe, if ye look a little closer, ye would see that leg the dwarf smashed in the gem, the chain is to loop around yer ear. This is really small so it would fit yer ear and not fall off.

	This (and many weapons just like it) drop in the new upgraded Accursed Temple of Cazic Thule. They are basically upgraded fine steel weapons and sell to vendors for around 17pp a crack. Most every lizard you kill will drop some sort of bane 1 weapon.
