	I could not see this being used as anything but a toy. Why do they make so many 2hb for casters when there are such better 1hb etc stuff?

	This earing is going to be nerfed so fast that it isn't funny. Take the Coterie Mask of the Dead as a good example (nec/sk FD mask that originally had infinite charges). This mask was nerfed down to only having 5 charges, even though the two classes that could use it already could cast the spell

	This earring would be great for my 56 necro. I do alot of charm killing in the grey and hp gear is vital due to them often turning with the haste I applied on them and then quad hitting me twice for 1000 damage total.

	Considering the actual casting time of the spell is 2.5, an extra 1.5 for it costing no mana with instant recast is incredible. ;)

	Yeah you could give this to any int caster and just have them keep the mob perm rooted for no mana. Also giving mages root is a balancing issue for PvP.

	As a mage i would love this earring. We never get a root spell, except for our pet root. This would allow me greater ease in chain casting pets and be very efficient. I'm not just saying this is a mage item though. it's great for all the classes that can use it so i would expect for no one to be lef

	This is player made....Slap a Mesquito that is on your ear and if you don't "fail" it will get stuck on there and not fall off....LOL!

	I can't confirm this, becasue my BL can't wield it, but a friend of mine told me it proc's a poison-based DOT...on the wielder.

	Whole pirate stuff is because the Dulien pirate story is coming in. Ya know the captian in Qeynos? He fought a pirate guy forgot his name, but anyway they opened some cosmic rift and undead sailors are pouring into Nro and such.

	Serious question, not making fun of you - but when did this 50+delay dmg bonus come into play? It's always been 40+, even since I can remember. Or, was there a 40+ [i]AND[/i] a 50+ delay bonus damage?
