I believe this event is triggered when a class finishes its Giant quest. I still have to finish mine so i am not sure. Contact me if u have done the warrior part of this quest on the quellious server.

Wis doesn't really matter. Verant themselves stated that skills etc. checks on WIS or INT; whichever is the higher.
Good thing for the level 30 wiz I met once who had 198 wis (he was sooo happy getting it close to 200) and 65 int. Bet his manapool was rather tiny though. |

it was designt as a permanent dynamic event (like hoppers and cavemen in hollowshade). the 3 faction (sonic wolf, owlbears, grimlings) sometinmes attack each other ( there is a zone wide message what party attack and what defend). then some invaders and some defenders spawn. playeyeer can now let on |

Don't forget that Iksar get a racial AC bonus, that is why dreadscale is lower AC then the Temple of Solusek Ro stuff. |

What saves it is being usable as a cloak, plus it's not super-heavy like the Aegis of Life. |

I'll bet it is a bug, you probably turn in Great Sword of the Horde in Shar Vahl somewhere to get this, probably a mistake thats gonna be fixed in a patch or two seeing as the sword of the horde is 2hs. |

I have seen a war like situation when Luclin went live at the Grimling camp. While killing the chief, about 5 grimings spawned and the zonewide message went off about some event. Next thing I knew a pack of Sonic wolves attacked and were dispatched by the grimling.
We watched this go on for a bit |

Desecrated Platemail Vambraces.
I'm guessing 12 AC if a pally wears it, because desecrated is evil. But 15 AC if a shadowknight wears it. Nice twist VI, pretty cool :) |

you are very correct great swords in history were not sharp at all they were basicly iron bars with a handle used for crushing the bones of an armored person without having to remove his armor first :P |

You know that made no sense. Your skill number never change like with your stat numbers. Putting this bracer on with a 200 block skill would be like haveing a 220 block skill. |

Anyone know yet what this guys spawn time? It seems just about everytime I zone into Umbral Plains, this guy is up. On the Drinal Server, this zone usually isnt busy unless a guild is raiding one of the big mobs. My guess is that this guy doesnt have a place holder but a certain time until he spa |

When you have a 2hs skill of 200, you wield this with a skill of 202... Don't know though if you can exceed the pre-50 or 60 caps with this. |

Mobs start at around 55 I think. My 56 was there and stuff was blue right up to red con.
It was hilarious to zone in and see most of the level 60 "uber" guild people in the zone huddled like scared little wussies right at the zone in.
