	This would be a great item for downtime when no danger is threating or even when fighting warrior type only mobs.Resists are only worth while if casters are about.

	Don't beastmasters get mend as well? Maybe their skill caps at 99 or something...well, probably not. heh. If only only high mind skill mattered...maybe it does get taken into account for critical mends?

	Considering that flowing though 1 items don't stack with other flowing though 1 effects (though they do stack with flowing though 2 and above, as well as other mana regen effects) I wouldn't even consider this a good item for down time! I know getting a flowing though item of any kind is difficult,

	Would be good for any class, but personaly I'd perfer to see it go to a necro or shammy (and I don't play either). 	You are incorrect. All FT items stack with each other, up to a maximum of FT 15. This has been tested and reported on numerous boards.

	I have camped this exp spot tons. I've only seen Transient Xin drop one item, this one, and only once did he drop it. Has anyone seen him drop the 42/45, or something close to that 2hs? I heard he can drop that as well. Must be very rare.

	Either this item will be changed to having limited charges or it will no longer be usable by mages. Giving mages an ability they were specifically designed not to have would be a major balance issue. It would be like a wizard SK getting a free normal heal spell or something, can't think of a total
