There's another possibility: A warrior/shadowknight could have taken this screenshot while the item was in his inventory, and not equiped. (I think) in that case, no dmg bonus would show on the item.

You'll probably need to be about 10th to do this one safely, since the Arcane lightwalkers are 8th or so. At 5th, you'd have to be grouped, which means 3 or 4 in that range could do the quests together, which is probably how they were wanting the quests done. |

If these are the sleeves, then I'd doubt that they're even going to fit Tier'Dal. Perhaps the next patch will see the Teir'Dal walking on all fours, (wondering if VI will give us a movement bonus with it ?) :P |
