Hmmm. I've just done this and it works ok...
1) It is correct that you get an Old Enchanter's Box.
2) When you combine REMEBER that the items must NOT be stacked. For the gloves here, you have 3 Mattered Halfling Hides, 2 Snake Egg's, 2 Spiderling Silk and one Cask = makes 9 items = 9 out of the |

Just in case you care, I got a calcified Sternum last night off a greater Skeleton. I have killed allot of them and had thought that the sternum must drop off something else but I found one last night so go out and slay those greaters. |

i have prepared the hides in the box with no problem but i cant get the npc to give me the pattern to combine the hides with. i have tried asking for it several times by stating in different forms " I want gloves pattern" with no success. thanks for your help. |

Try killing the leatherfoot raiders in Nektulos... I kept getting matted halfling hides, or something like that while my rogue was seeking their bones for his Ashen Bone Mail bits. |

Yes it can be recharged as all charged items can. You just need a friend who also has the item.So okay its an exploit. If you item has 0 charges and your friends has 2, go to a vendor. Make sure you buy sime cheap stuff from him, preferably a little used vendor, so he has a slot free. Sell the item |

No. There only putting this in for the best of races...hehe
Actually this is great stuff and would have been an upgrade to most of the armor I had well into my 20's.

Definitely. But it should probably be monk only. I am afraid that it's uberness might corrupt the other classes. Only monks are properly trained to handle ubergear like this. |
