Personally, I didn't move any characters to Stormhammer. I started a character on there. I bought this sword from the Innkeep in Northern Ro for 4 pp. It beat the hell out of the Rusty long sword I had before it. |

I got one of these off a frost giant something (they all start to look alike) and gave it to my 51 ranger friend. He can wear it (it does have stats, AC and Cold Save) and use the triggered effect at well.

I get it at lvl 4 and it procs for me...though VERY rarely...can't tell the dmg though...

I am level 20 and it says "you do not have the will to wield this weapon" So's I guess not at level 20? Or perhaps a Level 20 druid cannont proc it yet.. I was assuming level 25 ;p |
