There are Karanas bandits in zones all over the world. Any Karana bandit has potential to drop a sash. Despite that fact, the only place in the world you can turn the sashes in is in Qeynos.

The armorm you need for the quest is dropped off of lvl 55+ SGTs, LTs, and CPTs (all of which are giants found ONLY in KEAL=P), but the quest is handed out by Cobi Frostbeard in Thrug. so you will need good Thurg. faction to do quest. This should answer your questions.

why cant they ever make a 2hb for monks with a decent weight? I can understand some of the weapons being this heavy like a peacebringer or somthing because 28/30 is worth the extra weight. For this thing to be worth a damn the wieght should be at least 5 or below. |

Taking down the Avatar isnt easy seeing the fact he is SK and can harmtouch. Also he has priest class lizard on the level above him healing. You would need a well rounded group of 35+ to take him out, maybe 33+ if you have a nice ench and cleric. just my two cents |
