I haven't seen any arms either, and have asked all over the place, including auctioning in East Commons and shouting while in the tower on numerous occasions. |

hate to be the bringer of bad news but im guessing its from the dragon Phara Dar from Veeshans peak. look him up sometime, hes a nasty bugger. but its a nice weapon none the less. |

I camped the first floor for a few hours and I didn't find Gnome skin arms either. I did find Shadowbone arms AC4 Str+2 Agi+2 Mana+5 usable by everyone except monks. This item is for creating the tinkered Thermal cloak...btw, it seems to drop off of any of the rare mobs in Sol A...i have 3 of them, all from different rares...has a robe graphic too, so i'm not sure if it's wearable on the back or chest slot...will need to find out soon...

It is a true item, and yes the pic looks like that! I have one. Drops from a named gnoll in iceclad. Dont remember the name. Its a rare drop and a rare spawn. |

You can get this in West Karana. A common named Gnoll on the miller farm holds this. I think the Gnoll is around level 6. I used it for 2HB practice. This is not the same shovel that is for the magician quest. |
