We did this camp with no enchanter! We had a warrior, 2 clerics, one Druid(me), Monk, and Mage with epic.

There are 2 types of weapons here that we are all talking about.
The coldain Velium is a vendor only sold, and yes it procs at every lvl.
The other is a velium weapon, and it does not proc until lvl 25 or somewhere in there. And is mob dropped in Velious. |
