umm I think you missed an important part.. "any guild big enough to get these" .. those "18 year olds who can spend 80 hours in TOV and have full kael" as you put it.. WILL be the guilds who see these legs drop...
and while it's true not EVERYONE will have their kael legs when a pair of these drop. |

With stats like these, I am amazed some lvl 55 and under wonder how they can get these. Come on, most of you, if not all of you will never have those... Besides, when you are lvl 55+, better boots will be out :).

Actually blacksmithing's stat for upping skills is str (better success) and tailoring is dex (better success). Wis and int play very small roles for those skills (as well as jewelcraft, but not many monks go for that trade, hehe). That aside, no monk or melee class with exceptions to hybrids shoul |

Here is why it has Ring of Misty |

The reason these leggings (as well as all other leggings from the gift box quest) have Ring of Misty is that the halflings are the chosen race of the god of PoM (Bristlebane I believe but not sure). These pants take you back to the people who love the god who made the pants.

No worries...had fun wasting a ton of furbies and my friend pulled an icy wand off of one after I logged. Probably go back and see if I can find the Jester again...that or see how many Burynai I can get rid of a |

My rogue alternates (used anyway, he's retired atm) a silvery war axe (6/22) and a yak club (9/24) offhand. The yak club was pretty expensive, a blackjack (7/21) would be a closer match to the claws here. |

Which parallel universe were you playing in?
The servers are busier than I have seen them for at least 12 months by the time I call it a night and log out, and I'm not even playing at prime time.
Seems to me that well over 2,000 people per server is more than busy enough. |
