| Yeah, there are some 2h weapons that actually have a higher damage than they do delay. they are classified as having goldy ratios. As far as i know there are only a few monk 2hb that have a ratio less than one, but there could be more. | ||||

| Damage bonues is based completely on level. You recive none untill after 20 (I belive 25). The Damage bonues is not part fo the weapon. Case inpoint, take that weapon from your level 17 SK and hand it to a guildmate SK of arround 40th level and the dmage bonues will read 15 or so when he inspects | ||||

| NO the ONLY animals with faction are the ones in surfall, as a lvl 12 ranger I have killed numerous bears and wolfs in wc(for the ruined pelts mostly) and no faction hits at all LVL 35 druid of Tunare LVL 13 ranger of Tunare | ||||
