| EVERY 55+ Ranger I know would use this. Luclin fletched arrows have a range of 125, and even old world fletched arrows have a damage/range values of 8/100, 7/125 and 6/150. That is plenty far enough away in most cases to go to town on a MOB with the Trueshot discipline. | ||||

| HP is god. 50 hp is nothing? Say that to the necros with base hp over 2000 unbuffed. I myself have 600hp added from items with 50-75 hp added, and while its a nice item i just cant see a necro needing this item. | As of 02/25/02 they fixed the bug with Necro pets not being healed by their lifetaps. This also affects all NPCs who can lifetap, so that means the Vamps will actually be healing 200 HP every time they lifetap you know. Also, the Shadows in Twilight Sea will be tougher as they have a 150 HP life | ||||

| I would like to have this for my necro. 10 sta and 30 never hurt, cause for necros HP =Mana. Throw in the 10 iny and 60 mana with the resists tis truly a find hand item.
