At level 40 with 112 str this weapon will do a mediocre 38.87dmg/sec while 2 CoT will do 40.82dmg/sec. - why have dual weild of 252 if you don't use it? | This does indeed drop from Lord Soptyver, a named Evil Eye deep in Beholder. It has been awhile, but I believe the spawn rate on him is about a week, which makes this quest difficult to do. The item is a great face piece for Cazic Thule Erudite clerics though. Good luck. | ||||
