| It is not triggered, it happens automatically as long as it is enabled on your server. They had to disable it for awhile due to bugs and crashing problems, and it still loads on disabled most the time. I had a gm come over and reboot it and enable the war for me before. | Its not a big deal that any race can wield the Greenmist, and infact its logical. On the other hand, if HUMANS cant wield the Greenmmist shall we make it so Lizzies cant wield Dark Reavers, BABS, Rusty Swords etc etc.... | This is a great BP, but what makes arguably better, is that one does not NEED any expansions to attain it, although Kunark expansion (level 60) is really required... It's still arguably better than Cobalt which is the best from Kunark... Thanks, Verant! Peace | ||||

| The haste on a tola robe isnt a waste..i have a 12/20 dagger that procs shadow creep i rather like being hasted......of course i only use the 2 of these on raids that im extraordinarly bored but its a fun toy from time to time hehe... | Damage bonus is added after BS is calculated. And it is a very good piercer for the level to attain, which is not 40. I was there trying to get small pieces of Acrylia with my 48 rogue and 40 cleric. all the grimlings were blue to Cleric, and green to Light blue to Rogue. So they are in the 33-35 | ||||

| I would like to think that rogues do very well on Tallon zek. I can't imagine ever getting high enough to do enough dmg to a caster type without being twinked and given some kind of mag resist. It's only a loot coin death, and you lose no exp, so pvping is alot more fun. And yes, I see rogues pvp | ||||
