| I use this item for the Storm Strength and then sell it to an NPC vendor. They are pretty common (about 1 in 6) when I am hunting giants in GD (in a group). Storm Strength is a GREAT spell and I use it when doing my money collection rounds. I get encumbered and just right-click on this, and presto! | ||||

| At lower levels (up to 51 or so...) necros fear kite. First the mob is snared, then the pet is sent in, the mob is feared so it runs away (it is at this point totally harmless) and then you dot it. Depending on your level you might run along behind it and whack it but that diminishes with levels | ||||

| This is not the quest to get the ceremonial strainer. That quest requires you to follow the last instruction given to you by the man in the shaman's guild. Find Fharra Cawfeet on the northern end of town and she'll start you on your quest for the ceremonial strainer. | ||||

| I agree, that if there is someone in the the group that REALLY NEEDS the item, then they should get it. But to say that casters should not be able to roll on an item, just because that particular character can't use it, is downright selfish.
