| Fear still has a purpose even in the highish end game. Say for example your guild is clearing Plane of Fear to get to Cazic Thule, you want the Glare Lords and Tenticle Terrors snared and feared to prevent their bloody annoying constant dispelling of your buffs. | Trying to raise these factions with my dark elf and even being indiff in wolf form is not high enough for some of these quests. The only quest I can do so far is the poachers heads, since I can turn in then have someone camo me while dubious (so indiff is enough to turn in poachers heads) | ||||

| A few minor things. I've heard 2 haste percentages on this item, 25% and 31%. Personally, I'm thinking its closer to 31% as I've been hitting awful fast for 25%. | All you old school paladins might remember this... At one time, the Mask of Deception, dropped in L Guk, was wearable by paladins. You could make yourself a DE. So you needed the mask to do your epic. Then they nerfed the mask and made it bard/rogue only. Thats how you were supposed to get into Neri | ||||

| Actually, the mask was nerfed well before the Fiery Avenger was implemented in game. The problem with the Fiery Avenger quest is that it involved a subquest which required you to go into Neriak and the only method to do that at the time was through Bard invis song. | ||||
