| They woln't stack. They're both worn haste. There are three different types of haste. Cast haste, worn haste and song haste. | Actually you are kinda wrong. Not wrong in net effect, but wrong in WHY you would not ever get aggro. Aggro is primarily determined by how many times you swing at a mob.
