| Luclin and Velious are two seperate expansions. The Velious came out before Luclin, so it couldn't include Luclin. I believe that when it says Velious is required, you need Velious to initially get the armor (because it drops there). If it isn't "no drop", you can still buy and equip it, | ||||

| I want in your groups! I try to use the same method - if someone needs it - they get it. But I think we're the minority. I was trying for months trying to get DW boots for my pally, and they FINALLY drop. I was the only pally in the group, and who gets them? A druid that rolled high. | ||||

| I would definitely give clerics a shot at this because I like to live. Giving to a pure caster makes less sense since they can't get AC anywhere near a clerics so they will die when attacked anyways unless the tanks can taunt off them within a few seconds. | ||||

| I will try to answer this question by the end of the week. I got my diamond and phinny's bag this past weekend, dinged 49 last night. I will definately be taking this guy out some time this week, and I will look at the spell before I scribe it to see if it is no drop. Good luck. | ||||
