| Nnanji, Rangers get it at level 1. And as for the difficulty of fidning the items, you haven't seen anything till you've killed about 60 thorn drakelings, 20 large fruit bats, 40 giant rat pelts, 40 giant frit bats(halfling ranger quests)... you get my point.
