| If all your buff slots are full then any new buffs that are stackable with everything you allready have on will just erase one of your current buffs and put itself in the old buffs spot.DA stacks so it would wipe one of your current buffs. | ||||

| He is a quest NPC, my 50+ cleric helped a guildie druid (think it was a druid, I've smoked since then) with this mob. You hand in something and he leads you to a guy to interrogate. After the interrogation you are led once again to more mobs, these you kill. BTW - killed the interrogator with a 4 | ||||

| why moss is better moss is 19/29 where noc is 18/26, 3 delay really isn't worth paying 10 times as much, and 10 dex isn't ethier, 5 int will generally give you 50 mana(at higher lvs) but that still doesn't make noc a better wep, the main factor i used to consider the betterness was price, moss=40 | ||||

| While I wholeheartedly agree that this bracer kicks ass, I'd say it's quite nice for a tank as well. While AC is important to tanks. In the high end game, AC becomes secondary to HP.
