1) If you're a Ranger, go to the Ranger forum here on this site. Any and all information you want as far as playing a Ranger is in there. You just have to look and you'll find what you're looking for there.

It is a German word, correctly spelled Ueber or über (hopefully that HTML entity for a u with umlaut comes through). As above it means above, over or super... its usage in English probably comes from F. Nietzsche's Thus Spake Zarathustra and his philosophy of the uuml;bermensch or superman. |
