I was hanging with my level 24 wizard, who was killing cents, and this mob dotted him and killed him in less than 30 seconds. Conned a dark blue to my lvl 60 enchanter. So I run after him, mez tash but couldn't get a root to stick to him. Didn't want to take my chances so I just ran to zone. |

Seems like this is a Cleric mob. Did a wrath of god on me for 600+ damage, hit for 120 to 270 damage AFTER being slowed by the enchanter. NOT an easy kill took our group 3x tried to pull and sucessfully kill her. The warrior have almost 4500 Htps (with Aegolism) with 1300 AC. We have to Complete |

The severed Teir'Dal arm is for a HALFLING PALADIN quest, however does give good Rivervale Faction.

Oh well, there is another opinion. According to one GM (Guides are totally worthless), there are two timers that cause the Prince to spawn at the outpost (only way to end the war). You should also try the Plateau in SD. Solo'd there with wiz at level 52 and 53 and did all right. Would try quading them, except its hard to pull and round em up due to the drop offs and aggro ranges.
