No, there's no soulbinder in this city, as of the time I'm typing this. Luclin only has two soulbinders; one in Shadowhaven, one in Shar Vahl. Maybe some dau they'll add one, who knows? They did add soulvinders to Iceclad Ocean, Overthere, Firiona Vie, and the Arena; maybe they'll put onr here. |

You might want to pick up a healer. This place is a little harder than it says (as is most of Lucin). You could do the elemental island and get good experiance. Just remember once you can in bad with them don't even walk around them or it's add, add, add and death to all. Si |

Does anyone have any idea what the Glass Eye I looted off of one of the bandits is for? It is no drop, and must be fairly rare since I have killed hundreds of these bandits and only seen this drop once.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mob spawned outside ME zone, "Tribal Leader" blue to 52, immune to mezz, snare, root, and fear =p *was* slowable though, hit for 105 or so. Eventually, tribal advisor came and started healing him. Anyway, dropped a no drop sword 9 23 or so, some minor stats, No-Drop, War Pal Rng SK only |

It would be real tough for a level 23 Paladin to hunt here. Mobs here have a TON of hitpoints and I think you'd eventually get wore down. I recommend going over to Paludal Caverns, and getting a couple levels under you before you try to solo in Netherbian. |

This is a fine piece of armor: very decent AC, and nice resists. Eventually you'll want better, of course (who would not?), but from level 30 to 50, this has been my mainstay. You can switch to another piece when you are in situations that require max wisdom. But even though you are not a tank |
