IMO its one of the toughest fights in Ssra temple. You have to spawn "glyphed" and killing him spawns "exiled" and killing him spawns the guy you want. Fun encounter, but not much room for errors or you will wipe.

If you look in your EQ directory, there are two zones to the Plane of Earth, possably much like the Crypt of Terris Thule is to Plane of Nightmares. I'm guessing that zone one is the Outdoors, and zone two is within some type of open topped temple, in which the Rathe themselves live.
