2 of these poped for me this morning. I killed a sand scarab, and both poped right in front of me. 1 had a silk, the other nada. nothing interesting poped by killing them. |

Four medallion pieces (top left/top right/bottom left/bottom right) from rare spawn Diaku raiders in the desert. They don't always drop the medallion.
These Diaku raiders do not seem to be in the list. |

Soop is my main, but as he got older and friends began leaving, I did not have the time for the longterm groups or raids to play him... it did not dawn on me to complain that my warrior could not solo blue |

More than likely what you are experiencing is not internet related, but rather Video Card related.
If turning down your clipping plane helped then you are hitting the upper limit of what your card wants to do.

I turned in one at level 59. I received a Greater Fetter spell (lvl 61 wizard spell).
I can't tell you if there is a minimum level to turn in the spell but at least 59 is ok.

a warrior can pull from outside a room by ducking and using his taunt button. When you duck, your advance your head in the wall and you can sometime see the others side an use F8 to target or click mouse, press press taunt and the pull is done. |

Well, to begin the Beastlord epic, you gotta complete at least Husman's raid. It took us 3 cracks at it, due to various travesties. But here are the details that I noticed.
1) The first camp isn't too terribly hard, as we did it with a 40 BST, 45 WAR and 52 BST with a 53 DRU on healing duty.

Many zones have at least two methods of entry.
Decay for example, you can raid and Kill Grummus or you can quest for some bug parts in disease.
