Every piece in this set has a fairly nice ac, but int, why would any ranger or shammy really want this. The dex isn't even all that great on all of it, so it sorta kills it for rogues. How sad, all that programmers work such a waste. |

Just a small correction. Prexus is the god of the sea, not water. There are actually three gods of water. Tarew Marr, the god of water as a liquid, E'ci, the goddess of ice, and Povar, the god of mist. Not flaming, just letting you know |

Being a PoP player crafted item, i would guess the recomended level is 61, and the required level is 46. Just a guess though, so I could very well be wrong. |

Umm...Im kinda awed at this item...because unless its a quest piece...its pretty much trash.
Guess its only application is to make shammies look cool when they sell in the bazaar...secondary equippable means they can "dual wield" for the looks. |

This item while hard to get the components is DESIGNED so that the person recieving this doesnt need a raid to get it. Yes ToV armor is better BUT has a |

This is an "old school" item from Velks, before PoP's time. I have collected some Cold Steel armor for my Iksar ( I like the idea of plate armor for leezard ). So, yes, it's basically substandard twink gear.

Shamans can't duel wield...if you can attack with it but your class can't duel wield...it won't be going into your secondary melee...it's just VI being lazy/messing up/fucking around. |

No, you don't give anything to Mavuin (not Mauvin) - talk to him first time, he tells you he needs you to plead his case with the Tribunal, in order to do this you must defeat a Trial. Once you have the mark, you can speak to any of the 6 Tribunals (saying Mavuin is enough), and you will be told tha |

Who cares anyway? No Shaman at lvl 51 would expect to be able to attack with this in their offhand. |
