There seems to be a ton of NPC's missing from this list, not sure if they've added new ones maybe? Or if someone goofed. But, there's at least 9 NPC's that I don't see here.

Yes, SoE/VI recently went through VT and fixed several things. One of them being loot tables to better fit RvR. I see now they have a current pic of the rings stats. Tons of loot got upgraded so expect to see a lot of new VT items' stats change on Alla. |

Additionally...its really starting to piss me off...Why do Rangers ALWAYS have to share the best 1hs weapons with Warriors??
Its not like were tanks, and not like they are damage dealers. As far as I have seen there hasn't been a Ranger weapon in this tier which clearly outdamages the warrior on |

for fletching, to get your skill above 201 you have to farm acryllia, i'm not sure for cultural fletching though. acryllia is a pain to get. |
