As with previous expansions, the soft AC cap was no doubt lifted with PoP. With Luclin it was pretty much agreed AC of 1250-1300 was enough...don't know what is needed now but I'd guess add another 100 AC or more to that. |

PoI is the KC of planes...trains all the time..why? because the mobs are very close to zone and everyone think they cac pull without problems...Generally i think PoJ the easiest followed by PoN and PoD...especially PoD castle Lcy spot is excellant xp i got 1 and half yellow in 3 hours without much r |

I also can't see many rangers turning these down. A good dex boost for archery and the AC alone is as good as some of our BP's but a little low end for SS . |

That is because it is a bracelet, and following conventions of quested armors, you can wear 2 of the same wrist item, there are some exceptions but generally this is the rule. But I agree the naming is funny considering, it isn't very loreful if you have 2. |

The only reason I even think about wis is when I am fletching. Otherwise AC/STA/Resists rule my thinking and of course the damage/delay on weapons.
No ranger would turn this weapon down unless he had better. |

Actually, Succor and Evacuate both do exactly the same thing, Evacuate is just the name of the Wizard spell. Compare the stats above with those from Succor:

Actually stamina is lost at all levels in any fight, but if you are over 100 sta. your ability to fight is not affected when you become fatigued.

As a correction, this is something like the melee equivalent of Flowing Thought. Each _level_ of Vengeance adds 5 ATK.
I'd like to see Vengeance added to lower-level melee gear (e.g. dragon drops, etc), but that's just me :) |

Don't tell me u still think dmg bonus is add to the base dmg.
35/23 is the dmg delay then they add dmg bonus to whatever dmg u do to the mob BEFORE the mobs defense is considered.
This means it doesn't make the weapon 49/23. but Say 35 dmg of the weapon was going to do 100dmg to a mob then + 1 |

i would love to have a shammy with this behind me the clicky spell would be good to have it would save thier mana and c3 for more important stuff like nukes or dots and all that esp my haste and dex buffs i would rather him/her keep those good then burn 100 mana per shot with a spell like this |
