Ever heard of swapping out items for specific purposes? I have several items that I ONLY pull out when the time is right to cast whatever spell their effect is useful for casting. Most times I leave the main item on the cursor while casting said spell and then put it back just as soon as that spell |

Ok, here is what i have heard. Before AC is taken into acount, take the damage your weapon was going to do, and add the dmg bonus. For example, lets say a 34 dmg weapon was going to hit for 100, and the damage bonus was 14. Then you have a possobilitie of hitting 114 damage. Now, if the creature |

About half of the mushrooms are immune to slow, the others are affected. I haven't found any way to tell which is which ahead of time, unfortunately. |

Ok so Im a meele.
But I think this is an awesome all around item.
Bind yerself in lets say Skyshrine (one of the city zones without a POP portal within earshot...and also a city nearby some higher end zones) and use this item to go around PoP portals as needed.

Why not just make this a Paladin/Bst only item?
Bards, Rangers and Shadowknights wouldn't get anything out of the focus effect. I mean...yes Rangers and Shadowknights....we heal sooo much...and buff casting time speed is all soo important.
