I dont think they are necessarrily getting screwed, but with the organization of the "chain classes" they do get a small penalty. Basically ALL of the armors have had a bonus to Wis, Mana, or Both. This is great for the rangers and Shamans, but it doesnt really help a rogue. Plus becaus |

Hundreds of AA points, dozens of raids to the Outer Planes to get the gear stuff, etc., etc., etc.
Having said that, it's not much of a catch when you consider the kind of insane DPS that results. I don't even think I want to know. |

I can confirm that the tambourine of rituals is MARGINALLY better than the MM battle drum/ stretched skin drum (which adds same boosts as MM drum + AC bonus):
Using Chant of Battle (lv 1 song)
base stats (no drum, no song): str 110, dex 111

It might be a quest item with it's Lore tag and so-so stats for the tier it drops in. I know Lore tags don't always mean it's for a quest, but those tags are there to make it non-pharmable.

I could care less about this PoS cloak /shrug. What i do care about is having to put up with a guild that are known exploiters and yet nothing happens to them. Yes, Legacy of Steel DID in fact kill Saryn (With all appropriate flags i must note) before PoN figured out a way to sploit into the room. |
