Okay,I finished this quest last night. Here is the items you need and where they drop, although 2 of the items I ended up buying in the bazaar for under 50pp so if you don't mind spending the cash I would check there first.

I'm a 26 Paladin and I'm going to attempt to knock this quest out.
It's hard to find people to help me quest I've noticed so I'm going to try to solo it if possible.
I already have the Ghoul's heart from when I was in unrest and someone shouted to come loot it.

I have gotten at least 5 of the 8 pages in PoI alone... mostly found near, and not that far into zone. 4 dropped at the sleeping mob at left corner from entering zone. For Cloak of the Wise.
