| I think when they say 20% failure rate that means that you have a 20% chance of failing, not that you fail 20% of the time. IE: you roll a die and 1-4 is a success, 5 is a fail, 6 is a reroll that is what they mean. This means that you would never fail 20% of the time. | ||||
