| Hands down, Tarus' make the best RDMs. I found that as I got to the higher levels I actually had to use +HP gear to help with my convert ratio. I got a Bomb Queen Ring and Fenrir's Stone. | As far as those two races go, the natural stats of a Galka make them suited for tanking jobs while the Elvaan's stats are more oriented for melee DDing. But there is not a lot of difference till endgame. At endgame Galka are prefered for PLDs, and Elvaan for MNKs, and that is about the only differ | ||||

| Well after the nerf. You will need to get around 40 AAs to evolve the cloak from level 1 to 3. Camped various times in RSS and noticed that every 1 to 2 pyrilens death is a 1% for the cloak while doing 90% Exp for AA. Hope this helps =3 | ||||
