| Well in Neriak i am veiwed as an ally for the jewelry maker. I use Sympathetic aura and i have the Cha of 128 and i buy it for 58pp. Having lots of Cha really helps jewelry making both buying and selling. | notes: 1.when you get dubious you can bank in Cabalis but CANNOT sell (need apprehensive) 2. there is a wandering necro-faction mob (Gryphe?) that is near the bank area...he WILL cast a fear-like spell that makes every npc kos to you,so you best have sow on , and do your best to avoid the guy | ||||

| Umm, the Ring of Scale is a group of Dragons that went against the true Dragons under Veeshan. These include Trakanon, Vox, Naggy. Most likely, you can gain Iksar Warrior faction pretty easily, but the Shamans and ShadowKnights don't like visitors. If you're a bard, you really don't NEED factio | ||||

| I'm a lvl 15 ogre shaman. My exp in Befallen has been more than beneficial. I went from lvls 13-15 there in about 3 hours and came out with about 400pp. I wish I had known about the place before, becasue I would have lvled a lot faster through my lower lvs. To think that I was in WC. | Agreed, This is not a NEED thing. There is certainly some wow factor from walking around Cab as a Half Elf but this does have the utility of being able to use the FirePots as a free Kunark port.
