| There are 2 types of weapons here that we are all talking about. The coldain Velium is a vendor only sold, and yes it procs at every lvl. The other is a velium weapon, and it does not proc until lvl 25 or somewhere in there. And is mob dropped in Velious. | ||||

| He must have done something really stupid like cast a low AE spell. Cause at that level he could stand about 20 feet away from a group of mobs and cast pull singles all day long. | ||||

| On the Bristlebane server we have the old Befallen currently up..(no drow infestation). The keys should be dropping from generally the same mob areas as before...the second key drops from a shadowknight in the room accross from the locked room that leads to the mob that drops the barbed arm plate | ||||

| If you have properly buffed your groups, you will never use this effect. You would have cast Acumen on each of your melee, so they simply would never need this. This would have been a nice effect at about 50. At 56+ its useless since you have acumen. | ||||

| Arnis Mclish is hanging outside of the entrance to Blackburrow, you might have to wait for him because he wanders around sometimes killing monsters. | Afteer doing the quest on 8-22-01(last patch) the faction changes were different than listed above. I did NOT get the dread guard outer faction increase. | I liked the old Befallen. It was the best place for a dark elf cleric to hunt before they changed it. But then then made it into this chaotic mess where you can't survive if you're still able to get experience from the mobs. People over level 50 were dying on the top floor!! | They changed the new Befallen back to the old Befallen and then back to the new befallen. =) Oh, I'm level 31 and I can solo near the area where the third key drops, so it is do-able. Hope that clears things up a little... | ||||
