| I bought mine at a fletching merchant in Kelethin, in the Fletching shop. There is also another fletching merchant on the same platform as the shop, bets are he has one too. Possibly available at Trueshot Bows shop in Kelethin as well. I've heard of books being purchased at the Fletching shop. | ||||
