I use a tarnished short sword on my noob halfling ranger, its 4/26. Thats 1 less delay than this item, but with out the 1 str and dex. I dont plan on sticking around MT for the time involved getting this sword, and if i did i will probably have better than my tarnished short sword (and this weapon) |

If you read closer, it says in the text: "Dropped by Wiknak Grimglom". Since I've never been to Hollowshade Moor myself, I can't tell you were he spawns, but perhaps someone else can help you with that. |

You know the worst part about this weapon, the paladin weapon and even the warrior weapon is the cleric weapon/armor is very very nice for the lvl. The cleric mace is 8/29 unless that's a misprint. |

you ever pulled in a dungeon? Hell yeah a smart monk will throw a shuriken then slap the shield on as he runs without sow back to his party to take a little less of a beating and possibly lessen nukes (based on the shields resists). |

imo Palys, SK, Rangers and Shamys would need this more than the others....why? well everything this has, including the 40 mana is very nice stats for those classes. Same with clerics though str is secondary imho and the 40 mana is not really needed by Bards, Warriors or Rouges i think.

someone in VI is looking for trouble, was wondering why the name sounded familiar heh.
nice caster item, high int with some mana thrown in, all it needs is some ac and it would be a very sweet ring indeed but even without the ac, i would still seek this item out.

Any melee would be happy to use this assuming they don't have better. Necromancers wouldn't want such an item, as negative Charisma has, as VI has verified itself, no affect on fear. |

I posted this item, and I think its first and foremost as a back item this shield is nice!
My shammy loves it.
A real pity druids cant use. But there are another back-slot usable shield dropping in HM that we can use. And that one is no drop as well. So dont be depressed, hehe. :-)
