True, and what's more I don't think folk lower than 58 will be taking this bad-boy down. Heck, I'd be shocked to see a 58 in the fight, but there might be some reason you would have not yet gained 60, but still be equipped well enough to be in this encounter.... It's a reach.

I ma pretty ure this comes from Seru off one of the mini bosses there. In each of the houses(hand, eye, heart, shouldersI believe) is a mini boss. They banish people to the city jail and pretty fun fights.Don't remember whch dropped this. if not the same axe similar stats |
