no its not, its alot better then it. Ok, teastament has 10wis 10mana. Bowl has 40mana and 9wis loosing 1wis for 30mana isnt bad - PLUS with the OK resistances its even better - and HP, str, sta, I can see this thing making people destory there teastaments

It does in fact work as 15/19 on magicbased mobs (seems to be pretty much any mob requiring a magic weapon to hit), so its a 15/19 on say a Seb frog but a 13/19 on a moss snake. (Still managed to beat the moss snake though)
